Fall, Y'all blog giveaway - self-confidence handbook

This giveaway is now closed!

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

I'm giving away one of my products specially geared for women, the self-confidence handbook.

This is a 16-page downloadable handbook working through self-esteem, self-confidence, assertiveness and setting healthy boundaries.

I guarantee that by the end of working through all the exercise, you'll feel more confidence and will be able to say no and not feel guilty!

It retails for just R70.00 (US$10) in my store.

Here are my rules

  1. If you want to win a copy, you have to tell me what your biggest challenge is with living your dreams.

  2. I am not going to search around your blog to find an email address because I don't have time so please leave your email in your comment. Or go check the box in your blogger profile to show your email.
  3. The competition closes on Friday 2nd Nov, 12pm South African time.
  4. I will post the winner next Monday because I am on holiday.

Have fun and all the best.

Have a look at other products for women here.

This sounds like a very useful book. The biggest challenge I face with living my dreams is myself. I seem to sabotage my best efforts. Maybe it's fear of failing or fear of succeeding.

Hi Marcia ~ What an awesome giveaway ~ my biggest challenge is my lack of self confidence ~ the feeling of not being good enough/deserving enough!

My biggest challenge is that I underestimate myself too much.

I am in the planning stages of starting my own business and I'm finding my biggest challenge to be making the "Big Jump". I can do all the research and even make my list of to-do items(ie. buy domain name & hosting, bus cards, letterheads, dba license, etc.)it's the actually "doing" these things that paralyzes me. I refuse to give up (again)though.

The biggest challenge I face is how my feelings of inadequacy stop me from attempting to live a better life, also my fear and expectation of failure

My biggest challenge is doubting myself. I know I have missed many wonderful opportunities because I didn't think I was capable.

My biggest challenge has been trying to hold on to my self-confidence after my cancer surgery that left a huge U-shaped scar on my neck. People stare all the time and it's hard to keep your head up after awhile. I need to gain my confidence back and be me again.

You're the organizing guru! And I must need lots of help because I just entered your other giveaway (at least I think it was you)
I am seriously in need of self-confidence. As in, I pretty much hate myself right now. I just started my own home business, but I'm too afraid of offending people to really promote it. I feel like I don't have any friends so I don't want to annoy the ones I have. Ugh!

My biggest challenge would be trying to determine my passion - I think you have to have defined goals before you know which way to head.
