May Day Weight Loss Challenge - Week 2

I weigh in on Wednesdays because that's when I started.

And sadly, there is nothing exciting to report - instead, I am up 0.8kg.

Michelle did this on her blog and I liked it, so...

Starting weight: 55.4
This week's weight: 56.4
Since WL challenge: +1kg

Hopefully next week there's some action downwards!

Yes, sweet friend. Don't give up. You are doing great! Don't forget that our bodies fluctuate with water weight too, so you may learn (after charting for a few months) that this is your body's natural pattern.

Keep going! You're doing great. :)
