Weekend cooking - Almost home-made pizza

What you need
Wholewheat pita (at Pick & Pay, you get 6 in a pack for R7,99)
All-Joy pasta sauce - any flavour
Lots of vegetables - believe it or not, even pumpkin works well

How to make it
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Spread the wholewheat pita bread with All Joy pasta tomato sauce and garlic.

Top with chicken, spinach and mushrooms. Or whatever veggies you want.

Then top with cheese

Bake for about 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

I cut these in half so that they're easy to hold in your hand.
Serve with a side salad and enjoy.
