So I finally joined Weigh-Less!

I told all of you about it last week to make me accountable and I did it - I joined Weigh-Less last Thursday.

It has been very interesting indeed. First of all, I swear that scale was rigged because all of us were 2 kg heavier! Nevertheless, we paid our fees, got our books and our motivational talk from the group leader and were sent on our way.

I must be honest - I was very sceptical about the whole thing because I like to be free and not tied down to something. However, what I've been doing has clearly not been working so I had to change something to get a different result, right?

Well, I read the book and saw that the first thing they said is you've got to be organised. Well, I can do that. So I tackled it as I do everything in life - I made a list LOL

I won't bore you with the nitty gritty details except to say 100g sure is a lot of vegetables! The easiest part of it has been drinking 2L water because it's been a habit of mine for 8 years now. I've been mostly sticking to the plan - by that I mean that I eat my main meals, I have cheated every day (a couple of biscuits, or potato chips) but I don't freak out about it.

My scale says that I've lost 1 kg already but let's wait until Thursday to find out what the official reading is...
