Discover More of Yourself

This workshop is a follow-on to the popular Discover yourself. However, you can do this one without having done the first workshop as the content does not depend on the first one.

It is suitable for both males, females, couples, singles, young, old, etc... in other words, anyone.

You will learn how to:
  1. dream big
  2. empower yourself
  3. face your fears
  4. increase your confidence/ self-esteem
  5. solve problems in your life creatively
  6. identify what is most important for you
  7. add more fun to your life

I look forward to helping you be the best YOU can be.

What is the relationship boot camp?

This workshop is for all couples - whether you're currently married, engaged or dating.

At the end of the workshop you will know:

  1. what your values are as a couple
  2. the differences in the way that men and women communicate
  3. what you bring to the relationship
  4. things about your partner you didn't previously think or talk about
  5. how to improve your listening skills
  6. what your natural confrontational style is
  7. what your short-term goals for your relationship are

And... you will have a lot of fun in the process.

What on earth is a personal coach?

A coach is someone who will work with you to help you achieve your goals.

"If you want to get your body in shape, you hire a personal trainer. If you need to get your life on track, you hire a coach" - Cheryl Richardson, author of Stand up for your life

If you want to accelerate your growth, create balance, achieve your goals, learn to manage your time better, organise your life, etc. then give me a call on 0845047339 to set up your introductory coaching session.

To celebrate International Coaching Week (February 5 - 11), I'll give my newsletter subscribers a 15% discount if you book and pay for a session in Feb.

Looking forward to helping you achieve your goals!

Have a fabulously, successful week
Marcia

Happy Valentine's Day

Hi everybody

Please feel free to leave me a comment. I'd love to hear from you.

I am so excited that we're all getting organised. I've heard from many of you and am very pleased about all the decluttering going on. Excellent work - keep it up!

Week 2's challenge is to ...
File all accounts, invoices, salary slips, etc. on your desk or your telephone table. If you don’t need to keep it, throw it away!

When you first bring the mail into your house/ flat, don't even think of putting any of those envelopes on a flat surface like a table or desk. Open your letters over a wastepaper basket, throw the envelopes and junk mail away IMMEDIATELY and only keep the actual invoice or account. I then write a date in my diary two days before the due date and exactly how much must be paid, e.g. for Thursday 16th, I have “pay water and lights R566”. You can then pile up your papers until your weekly (!) filing day.

Now, take 15 minutes and quickly punch and file your stuff. Don’t obsess about it. You can do ANYTHING for 15 minutes.

Let me know how you’re doing…

Enjoy organising
Marcia

Welcome to my new blog

Hi everybody

Thank you for visiting my new blog. I'm very excited as I write this first post as starting a blog was one of my goals for the year.

Before you forget, bookmark this page by pressing Control + D. That's your quick tip for the day. I found out about this shortcut recently and it has saved me so much time when I want to quickly bookmark a site.

Be sure to visit here often - if you subscribe to my newsletter I'll send you a reminder whenever I post a new entry so that you don't have to waste your time wondering if there's anything new.

Have a great weekend.
