Little monkeys

First day of Easter holidays! I took the day off - I must say, the best part of leave is having good light in the middle of the day to take photos :)

Pretoria Zoo with Granny and Aunty Chrystal

We took advantage of the public holiday on Human Rights Day and made our way to the Pretoria Zoo. It's so kid-friendly there and the children had a ball.

Our first classmate party. This little girl is in Connor's class but the mother invited Kendra along too.

K was so brave and came to ask me if she could ride the pony. Look how pleased she is with herself.

and then I strongly encouraged Connor to go too :)

Despite getting gloriously lost on the way home (it took us 15 minutes to get there and 50 minutes to get back home...) I really liked the venue and think we'll be having our party there!

Kendra and Marcia

Kendra's always my most-willing child to play with photos, unless it's behind the camera. Although I now tell them they're only allowed to take pics if they allow pics to be taken of them.
